Acai berries contain 20 times the amount of antioxidants found in red wine in an ORAC* analysis and are a unique source of anthocyanin. Acai Butter contains lyophilized (freeze-dried), whole Acai berries which are micronized into a fine particle dispersion; we then combine them into a proprietary blend of other ingredients to form a luxurious, soft, and spreadable version of the fruit in anhydrous form.
